The ecoScan Initiative was set-up by LOHAS in 2011 in Freiburg (Germany).

Through the active support of ndh-websolution and the TYPO3 community, ecoScan could be presented in February 2011 as an iPhone App. The Android App followed in July together with the first version of the systems backend.

Since then we are continuously developing the system.
